Shipping Options

When placing an order, you can choose from several delivery methods depending on the type and size of the products ordered.

We offer the following shipping options:

• Personal Collection
• Parcel Delivery
• Pallet Delivery
• Individually Quoted Shipping for Tractors and Large Attachments

Shipping costs are always displayed at checkout for each available delivery method. For tractors, machinery and oversized attachments, shipping costs are calculated individually based on the type of product and delivery location.

Delivery Times

We dispatch in-stock products as quickly as possible, depending on the type of order.

• Spare parts in stock: Usually dispatched within 0–1 business day
• Accessories in stock: Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days
• Tractors and larger machinery: Delivery times are arranged individually depending on availability and shipping method

If your order contains products with different availability dates, the delivery time may be adjusted according to the item with the longest lead time.

Payment Options

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

• Bank Transfer
  Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received or proof of payment has been provided.

• Cash on Delivery
  Payment is made to the carrier upon delivery.

• Cash on Collection
  Payment is made when collecting your order.

• Online Payment Gateway
  Online payments are processed through the Comgate payment gateway. The service provider, Comgate a.s., is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Available payment methods may vary depending on the type of product, order value and selected shipping method.

Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable legislation. The right to withdraw from a purchase contract without giving a reason applies to consumers, meaning individuals purchasing goods for purposes outside their business or professional activities.

We recommend packaging returned products securely to prevent damage during transport. Please include your order details and contact information so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

To speed up the return process, we also recommend including a completed withdrawal form with your shipment. However, submitting this form is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal.
